    +1 to this I've done it before with some of my too tight dress shirt collars - you can move it a little bit without it affecting the collar too much, and it'll get covered up by the tie knot.

    I got a pair from The Iconic a few months back and it was a bit too light for my liking - not as light as yours though. Suede protector spray darkened them up a shade which turned out to be perfect. Worth a try maybe?
