    Meermin Mallorca Shoes

    I recently received my MTO softcalf loafers, which i got in the G width (hence the MTO). On receiving the shoes, whilst the box says G width, the shoes appear to be a regular width. If anyone else has these or other Meermin models in a G width, can you tell me what letter appears in the model...

    12 December, but sending out before Christmas is always problematic. It took 10 days to leave the country. Mine is still tracking though. If yours isnt tracking, its going to be hard to "track" down.

    the other reason to do CMT is where youre going to be in that location for a brief period and want to squeeze in a fitting in only a few days. if you go to the tailor, choose your fabric, have to wait a few days (at best) for the fabric to arrive before the tailor can make you a baste fitting...

    it seems like youre trying to save $100 on a $3k suit. if this is your game, best to spend the $700 on a return ticket to hong kong and use some tailors there with your fabric. otherwise, if you have something particularly unique that youve collected, makes sense.

    it cant be that hard. if its getting made locally, should be fine. not sure who is recommended in sydney these days. i imagine tfc will do it, even if they are made offshore. whats the fabric you want to use?

    thats a tight price point. consider some of those tailors that travel to brisbane from melb/syd. i use trunk tailors here in melb, odd trousers were $550. there is also that place on james st next to sixes and sevens. no idea of their pricing or how good they are. richards and richards around...
