٭٭٭ No Man Walks Alone - Official Affiliate Thread ٭٭٭ (a.k.a. I shouldn't have slept on it)

If I am Formosa 50R, would Rota 50 most likely fit me the best? I just want to be careful since I cannot return it. But I won't hold you to it. If it doesn't work out, I will just get alteration.

That's how it is with my size 50 Formosa trousers, roomy around the thighs. I am considering getting them tapered. I guess Rota in a 50 should be okay if they are slimmer.

My apologies in advance if this question has been asked before. How does the Rota trousers fit compared to Formosa trousers? Slimmer?

Don't know if you've pulled the trigger on an iron but I can speak to a Rowenta that I have used for a year now. I have to say that it is excellent on shirts. The creases hold up forever and your shirt stays very "crisp" for a long time.

@lordsuperb are you located in DC? I will start work on 14th St and saw Geoffrey Lewis(?) And W.M. Fox. Do you have any experience with either one? I want to get some menswear from some place other than SuSu. Thx

Has anyone been going one size up on Formosa suits lately? I tried a 48R and the shoulder width was an inch short. Should I size up?

Can someone be kind enough to post a picture(s) of the Formosa Houndstooth suit in a different light? I just find that the pictures on the website to be a bit yellowish than real life.

I've had my current watch for some time...10 years or so...and I've noticed that it loses about a minute every week. For a $4k watch, I am kind of annoyed but it's probably due for some 'detailing'

HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part IV (starting May 2014)

I walked into a store yesterday fully dressed in a suit and the cashier said, "Wow! You're smoking hot!" I was confused because he was a straight dude telling me this. So I looked at him puzzled. Then he proceeded to say, "It must be feel like over 100 degrees in that suit." Then it hit me. The...
