long time since I've poked my head around haha, thought I'd chime in for this though. I had a pair of leather pants a while back and ended up selling them (or maybe they're in my closet somewhere- either way I never wear them anymore.) I just didn't see a reason to where them, and felt pretty...

That's dave1 of Chromeo, I don't think he's posing, I'm guessing paparazzi took that picture haha. iirc he's somewhere around 6'1, so not super tall but definitely above average. i think the jacket looks fine, but the whole fit is a little off due to the low rise denim and his height

the 16 chesterfield sounds gorgeous, always been a fan of slp chesters. the high arm holes and super slim body have looked perfect to me, wish I had the funds to buy one.

I'm currently only rocking Lucchese Black Cherry Lizards and Tony Lama Pythons. I also own ss16 leather harness wyatts, lizard wyatts, santiags, and padded combats, but haven't worn any of them in about 8 months. One day I'll get back into wearing them haha The ease of just slipping on cowboy...

damn I'd never be able to decide what pair to wear. I basically only rotate between 2 pairs these days, and even that's hard enough as is.

i'd say too tight you can maybe pull it off if you're a pretty young dude (teen years), but older than that I'd say it'd look pretty weird

lamb will stretch more than calf will, but if you can't comfortably cross your arms, it's probably a size too small for you. If you size up and it doesn't fit snug in the shoulders/p2p, you probably just don't have the right body type for SLP leathers. I can't rock em either, just the way it is

you know the brand is down bad when the forum has been revived due to talk of cartier watches ?

I've always been a big fan of the Cartier tanks, probably my favorite model, although I'm not well versed in the world of watches. I'm not a big fan of the massive rolex's and omega diving watches, much prefer smaller dress watches on myself. Currently rocking a cheapo bulova black/white...

    nah, it's a vintage/non branded shearling

I like the wash of the black shearling more. Personally, I'm not a fan of white or black shearling, and much prefer a brown/tan shearling. Old fit pic, and excuse the lack of a shirt, but it's the only picture I have of it

after seeing richard branson and bezos go to space, I'm gonna be extremely disappointed if we don't see hedi in space with a collection name like "cosmic cruiser"

**** amiri just get your jeans tailored, if you want perfectly fitting jeans. I'd say the only truly skinny jeans I found that fit me when I was rail thin was nudie, but they're pretty stretchy and I hate stretchy jeans.

I'm not sure how to date that pair besides its not a Hedi era pair of denim. iirc all of the hedi denim was either 100% cotton with the exception of a SS06 pair that was like 50% cotton and 50% rayon, but I could definitely be wrong on that

yes, there is. On the wash tag there should be a string of numbers and letters, e.g 5EH1015678 E47 B6A8. The first number (5) refers to the year, so 2005. The next two letters refers to the season - EH for summer, HH for winter. The next 3 numbers refers to the type of clothing, 101 is for...

of course he hasn't, but just because he's trying something new doesn't mean it's good. While there are certainly elements of the newer collections I enjoy, the overall vision that hedi is pursuing seems unrefined and frankly, elementary, and all over the place. That's not to say I don't...

nah, it's not that complicated, I simply dress the way I like, for myself. Why do you care if its boring? It's always the people who won't post fits tryina tell people how to dress.

have you ever thought that maybe some people just like dressing well, not experimenting too much and just looking good? Basically, all I'm saying is talk **** post fit, lemme see how you dress

you can get away with quite a bit depending on your proportions in my experience sometimes wider hems will drown out slimmer boots, so if you're going for that look I'd generally say it helps if you are skinny, and the thighs of your pants are also slim/skinny and flare out from the knee area...
