Double Cloth is notorious for its fast fading ability, due to the nature of the fabric. If you have a two-year-old twill loiter that is showing fading, then I would kinda expect that. Personally, it's one of the things that I love about the brand. How the garments wear down over time. They...

The new Ivy Blazer and Ivy BD Shirt are super nice. It's great to see some clean and easy-to-wear pieces from this season.

@nachobarro It's not uncommon for the same fabric to have dye discrepancies due to how big the roll is.

@nachobarro If you are 31-32" Size Small will be fine for you as it normally runs at a 33" waist.

A lot of you are missing the point. orSlow is not moving production to China for a cash grab. They are doing it because made-in-Japan production is simply not possible anymore. I completely understand if that turns someone off the brand. But the reality is that the Japanese factories are...

This is what orSlow has to say about it. Note that only the sewing is conducted in China. All the fabrics and hardware, washing are still done in Japan. "Due to the labor shortage in domestic sewing factories and the resulting reduction in production capacity, it has become extremely difficult...

Where did you get them from? Could it be fake? I've never seen a label with base denim products on it. Also, where it is made "Made in Japan" is normally at the top, not at the bottom of the label. Also, why does it look like there is a strange bubble around the orslow logo and size label...

I can only speak on orSlow. If other brands can still do red tabs in Japan, I would assume it's because they are too small and have not come up on Levi's radar. Anytime a Japanese brand gets bigger outside of Japan they tend to get hit with the patent, Samurai is a good example.

Even in Japan, orSlow can no longer put tabs on any of their jeans. Levis has patented tabs on denim, regardless of position. The change came through about three years ago from memory.

I've never come across anything in a size 6. Also for certain items, there won't even be a size 5. Men's sizing for pants and tops is 1-5. 0 is a women's size. My understanding is 1= Extra Small 2= Small 3 = Medium 4 = Large 5 = Extra Large. If you want to buy from the HIP store, just email...

The used wash in all orSlow fabrics will fit smaller as it's been "washed" down to resemble a used, vintage pair. It's at maximum shrinkage. A good guide is to assume that the used version is one size smaller than its unwashed counterpart ie Used size 4 is equivalent to size 3 unwashed.

I have an ultra-short pair from SS 16. It was around SS 19 when things started getting really long.

@yeknal Size 4 will fit your waist. Both size 4 & 5 New Yorkers tend to run at 30-30.5" inseam. However, you should also take into account the front rise is 13" on both sizes. I would get someone who has a size 4 to measure the outer seam for you.

What @shopcanoeclub said, size Large Fatigues are 36" and XL is 38". Whilst other pants vary a little from season to season. Fatigue Pants have remained pretty standard.

Daiki was unsure of the direction the Bedford Jacket was going and was torn between making it more workwear or going the opposite direction to a smarter-style jacket. So he made the NB to fit the smart/casual style while the Bedford went in a more workwear direction ie boxier fit. I've found...

Small should be 33" and Medium should be 35". It varies a little depending on the fabric. I don't think you normally get an 8" hem until you hit size Large. S - M hem is 7.75".

I've handled a bunch of the 2-year 105s and they all have leg twists. It's what's going to happen when denim is washed that much. Its also a feature of a lot of 1960s vintage denim that collectors are really into it.

The simple solution is to ask the stores you want to shop at to measure them for you. As orSlow use 40-60s machines to make their garments. Like many other denim companies, there are always slight size variations between seasons, especially in different fabrics in the same cut.

They did double cloth olive Bedfords in FW 17 and FW 18. You might be able to find a pair of Fatigue Ground, Norwegian, or Painter pants in the same fabric.
