A last is more than just the toe box there buddy. A shorter length changes the proportions, esp. w/r/t the arch and therefore obviously needs a different last. Man I've been yappin about some brown leather wyatts forever. Those look promising, although they are a bit orange in the photo. Why "caramel" and just a standard tan/brown leather?
