Metal tips came off drawstrings of both pairs of my b-ball shorts after the first few times I washed/dried (delicate settings). I have both the OG cast and Hanoi in a 28. Not sure if Hanoi is same fit as cast 2 but they fit skin tight around my calves with the rest of the fit is similar to the OG cast. JE sizing is pretty consistent I'd say go with a 28 if I were you.- kjbaron89
