The Least Official Natalino Appreciation Thread

Ya the old cut was $490. The new one I feel like released at like 520 or 530 a week or so ago and now it’s $560? I could be wrong about what the new mockleno price released at on the first day though. Regardless, yes, it is more than the original cut mockleno DB.

Reasonably priced, Good Quality Classic Chinos

I agree. I have the olive and khaki. I think they’re very fair for the price. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends especially ones that aren’t that into clothes and just want to go to a mall and buy some chinos.

You sure you don’t have any ties to AI? You sound like someone at Natalino personally did something to you. You even joined this forum a day ago and this was your very first post lol. Natalino IMO has a nicer jacket and trouser cut. Is less slim than AI. Has nicer jeans. Uses more colors...

I went to the J Press site to Look at the MiUSA jackets after reading what you wrote and man, you’re right. These new MiUSA suits look great. The shoulder looks much softer and more natural. Honestly, the whole cut of them look awesome.

    OFFICIAL Simon Crompton thread (PermanentStyle.com)

I watched his story. I liked how it looked in the story even more than the article. I will also agree that in the story, it doesn’t look bespoke. Still looks like a Florentine Ivy style jacket to me. Looks like a well fitting off the rack jacket if that makes sense.

    OFFICIAL Simon Crompton thread (PermanentStyle.com)

Looks like a Florentine Ivy sack jacket, which is kind of cool to me.

    Rubato

I mean at this point I agree with some of the previous comments in this thread. It seems they’re chasing a wealthy clientele like Drakes or Saman Amel or the Armoury where 300 vs 400+ for some chinos don’t make a difference to a person. If they can still sell them at 400+, I’m happy for them...

Please do. Navy mock Leno sold out fast. I’ll be waiting for a hopeful restock.

    High waisted chinos?

Honestly I like my Jcrew classic chinos I’ve bought recently. 100% cotton and an 11 to 11.5 inch rise on a size 30 (waist runs large. They measure about 32 inches in the waist on a size 30) with a 12.75-13 inch thigh. I agree they’re more a mid rise than true high rise, but for the price and...

    Rubato

Ya the more I read that response email, the more I dislike it. This sounds like collective punishment or something. Why should some countries pay more to even out other countries? Why should a rubato garment be the same price everywhere around the world? Most things for sale are not priced...

    Rubato

Ya I saw that as well. That’s insane. That’s basically the nail in the coffin for me to ever buy a product from them Again. That’s simply more than I’m willing to spend on jeans and sweaters and I really liked their stuff.

A lot of it looks good. Might finally be time to pull the trigger on a navy blazer

I agree, the 32 looks better IMO and the shirt looks great too. Wear in good health!

    Rubato

Would be appreciated especially cause that’s the size I’m debating on getting

Did the size 31 measurements match their sizing chart?

Crockett & Jones - Whats the big deal?

Buy from Bodileys. I think that saves some money. They’re based in the UK. Alden’s cost even more now. And I love Alden, but Crockett is a better shoe now that the prices are where they’re at between the brands.

Love the sport coats this season. I just can’t believe they’re 1800 and half canvas.

Did the MTM fit you well enough that you’re going to go for MTM with them? Or bespoke? Love their stuff.

    Anglo-Italian

I get what you mean. I suppose if these fit someone better, it’s worth the extra money. These have a lower vamp than the Harvard/Boston no?
