I paid a bit of a premium to a local butcher that carries SRF. I am going back to get a SRF wagyu tomahawk that they apparently ordered to many of and have put them on sale for prices cheaper then SRF. STEAKS!!!!!!!
I cooked one of the best steaks I have ever made or had. Cooked a SRF strip steak in the Roccbox. Had cast iron to 650, oven was around 750, seared one side, flipped and dropped some ghee garlic and rosemary. Basted, put back in and the turned off the heat. So the Ooni doughs were finally back in stock. I got mine yesterday and will cook them this weekend. Made from 00 flour, which should stand up better to higher heats that the Roccbox throws off. Curious to see as I have been trying to track down a source for frozen 00 dough balls in the right size.- Beckwith

Ultimately the NHTSA approves the functions. Truthfully I would rather trust the software from Tesla than GM or Ford, both offering the same thing on the same roads that people drive. How so? I have stated that I have been a tesla owner for years. If I wanted to be different, I would have ordered the Rivian. No desire there, so sticking with the cybertruck. Different enough, maybe like getting the iPhone Max instead of the SE- Beckwith
