What Makes Minotti Better Than Other European Brands?

I don’t know enough about construction to answer your question, but I’ve had Minotti pieces in my dining room, bedroom, and living room for a year and am about to order more to furnish my new house when it’s finished. All I can say is that Minotti fits my eye better than any other furniture...

    The Apple Discussion Thread

I'm annoyed. I bought my 7 on the upgrade plan. My dad has since changed our family plan to a business plan (don't hate for me still being on a plan with my dad). Phones on the business plan aren't eligible for upgrade via the upgrade plan. Not sure where to go from here at this point. I...

    The Home Ownership Thread

All brick. My dad, who used to be a builder, and my builder both say spray foam is about the best addition you can make after the sealed crawl space. I’ve asked my AV guy to do everything he can to future proof it. May get him to run conduits everywhere.

Here’s the most recent pic. Speaking of HVAC going to encapsulate with spray foam and use a variable speed engine on the two units. Cars We Drive!

Yeah, the tech on the coupe hasn't caught up to the sedan. I'll go with the sedan.

    Cars We Drive!

My partners are giving me **** about the four door. So maybe the coupe instead. Can't handle the reduced trunk space of the cab.

Only in bits and pieces. Not really sure how to go about describing it. It's in an old neighborhood near the hospital. Lots of very traditional old homes. Has a somewhat traditional but updated exterior. It's grey brick, casement windows without grids, black trim on the windows. Garage...
