Has anybody ordered the mac jacket yet? Based on the sizing, it looks like we should size down?

I find their size 32 slim trousers fit me quite well (5'8" 145 lbs).

Happened to one of my chinos too. Luckily my mom does a lot of sewing and fixed it for me easily!

That's the first thing I noticed too, button stance too high IMHO

I know they had it last fall (black friday sale I think?), because I took advantage of it for one of my MTO suits

Sizing in general is sometimes hit and miss. I've ordered sportcoats in the exact same size/fit, and some are perfect fit, and some are significantly larger.

Can't let out a bit? Too bad, that's a nice fabric. I would have bought this earlier when it came out, but I'm not a fan of the high rise trousers.

I don't own any black/dark gray suits either as I don't really like that colour. Sounds morbid, but I'm now looking for a cheap black/gray suit for possible funerals as well.

So I used to be a 36 slim, but now am a 36 contemporary (thank pandemic weight gain!). I had my tailor let out the waist on the 36 slim jackets as much as possible - depending on the jacket he was able to let out 1 to 1.5". So as long as the shoulder fits, and same fit should get pretty close...

Hi, I own a suit with MTO Minnis tobacco fresco fabric. I'd say closer to the darker colour. Here's a quick picture I just took, hope that helps. Meanwhile, I snagged the light brown check 3-piece suit I've been eyeing for awhile! Bought the blue check wool/linen pants last week. Was...

FWIW, I think the length is fine, covers your butt. Personally, I think the traditional jacket length most people prefer looks too long.

I lucked out, the blue check wool/linen pants that were sold out in my size got restocked or someone returned due to size error, so I snagged it. Otherwise waiting for July 1 to see if there is any sales (items I'm interested in were excluded from the most recent sales)

What do you guys think of the wide peak lapels? I love the colour of this suit, but not convinced I can pull of the wide peak lapels. I have average body type, 5,8" 145 lbs. When I see the suits that Harvey Specter wears, the lapels are not as wide so it looks good, but this one is quite wide.

Hey guys, I'm thinking of ordering a MTO suit in the dusty blue, but can't figure out which colour the buttons are. There are only limited options for MTO, I think only the dark horn and light horn are suitable for this jacket, but in the picture it looks like something in between?

That's weird, I've contacted them a couple times during Christmas break and received a reply within a day or two.

So out of curiosity, who here actually wears those flannel easy trousers? Despite their description, I can't picture anyone wearing these at the office. Had my green shetland SC and navy & brown plaid peacoat arrive. The shetland SC is perfect. The fit on the peacoat is a little strange...

I just ordered a MTO suit in the Drago POW blue with red lining. I like using red lining as contrast to blue fabric. Looks nice with the quarter lining.
