    That is actually a very important factor with the susu jackets, find the right sleeve length and go for that size, as they are still working cuffs. I'm a 38L which is fine for me, close to perfect fit without any alterations.

    Thats true, it should be noted that as the SuSu suits have working buttonholes, it's harder to let out/take in the sleeves to a big extent. They should fit rather good to start with! Good that you pointed out what I forgot.

    I'm 6'3"with similar measurements as you. I have a sienna 38L and would not recommend you to go L. Afaik you should order the napoli if you have broad shoulders, but something else if you're not, but I might be mistaken there. Go for a 38r for whatever you go.
