Check with a SA, thats how i got my burgundy shell strands 2 years ago. Shell Strands were not avail in Burgundy at that time. Amid its a different time and SMU is strict now, but its worth checking to see if they can get one built for you. If you need a SA, im sure someone here can recommend one.- YoungSweet

Lots of choices here. Now you can get 2 pairs of calf for the price of 1 pair of shell if you want to have more options in your rotation. I think they are consistent across most model in the 5 last . I think it comes down to shoes closure between bluchers and bals. Here are my brown shell PAs, same size as my calf PAs, Strands and McAs.- YoungSweet

Routinely I've seen on the bay that sellers would be selling 1 shoe (instead of the pair) and always wonder if they would ever make the sale. Not trying to be insensitive here, but have you thought of getting a few of those to use in the mean time. I see them dirt cheap on the bay.- YoungSweet

Same boat here, I'm more like a 9.5E (10C) on the left and 9.5 D on the right foot (I wear 10.5 in Nikes).
