    A friend of mine got pickpocketed at a restaurant. The thief then immediately tried to buy $500 worth of gift cards at Target and rent a car from Hertz, neither of which worked.

    That's the explanation I got. It took far too much time (esp. with the time zone difference). On top of that, I assume there were people who took advantage of Shannon's help, asked a lot of questions but never paid for a garment. It's frustrating and not very feasible for a small operation.

    @jet is right about SFers asking too many inane questions. Apparently some orders took up to 30 emails back-and-forth to finalize, all just for a single sweater. Whoever did that should have just asked the questions here. Also, they are a small operation but they do follow what is said about...

    That saves me some time... was going to mull over purchasing it this weekend That said, I think it would be very useful (and I do not see this function on many webstores) to have a link, when an item size is out-of-stock, that allows you to sign up for email notifications about restocks.
