Very nice on the burgundy! It is a most versatile colour, along with oxblood. I am sure I do not have symmetrical feet however . In fact the right is up to half a size larger than the left and I didn't realise my instep would be considered high either. Makes me wonder really as only my spanish...- Yowzer

Strange creasing
Is there much space between the top of your foot and the uppers? Creases get more pronounced with excessive space (it's a function of the fit not being good in that area). Are your other shoes capped and on the same last/fit? This being capless would also be another factor.- Yowzer

+1 to the Strand. Burgundy or Brown would work equally well doing double duty, especially with formal grey/charcoal pants or even dark denim blue jeans for casual Friday. Being a semi-brogue, it would have enough pizazz to be both formal and casual depending on your dress. A full wingtip would...- Yowzer

Why all the hate for wholecuts?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... that's what medallions are for - to distract from the 'scar'. A wholecut with a medallion makes it more interesting and gives any pair of interested eyes a focal point to look at.- Yowzer

You can do better than RM Williams (if you're thinking of a boot). With that budget the choices would be limited in Melbourne retail for a new 'good' shoe but have you taken a look at styles yet? if you're able to shop online, have a look at Herring's sales, such as Loakes where several models...- Yowzer

1-2 days. The 'contact us' email on the website usually goes to her or you can go direct to her email. But if you haven't heard anything back, send a follow-up. Just don't expect much conversation and do try to be as specific as much as possible. If you know Spanish, it'll be time to use it!- Yowzer
