Yes, see my post from above. I essentially did the same you described. I took several pairs of pants and shirts that I thought fit well. Measured them and created a composite set of measurements. This worked quite well and I can still use this from 5 years ago because I was able to engineer some...

This has not been my experience either and I have been a customer since 2012 / 13. That said, I have not sent in anything to be duplicated. I have re-ordered several times off an existing pattern from several years ago and that has worked better than I would have expected. I spent a great deal...

I've had stitch creasing done on three pairs of trousers. Looked good on the two that have puppytooth and herringbone patterns since it blends with the crease. They did a good job on all 3...no issues yet. Looked like it would require some skill to do it right.

It looks very similar to some OTR shirts I got on sale from JAB a couple years ago. It's a woven material and most definitely, not off-white....it's a fabric that can worn year round. I was considering it but the two OTR's I have are in good condition and one o fthe few JAB shirts that weren't...

I'm pretty sure I saw a new white material selection the other day while browsing...or at least I don't recall seeing it there before. I think it's named "the everyday" white shirt if my memory serves me correctly (which it doesn't anymore).

No, it doesn't feel papery at all. It's not a wrinkle free material though and will wrinkle throughout the day...but not any more than an ordinary oxford type material.

Yeah, I have to agree on the V-stitching and the V-shaped collar back being very unique and indicative of customization. I might have to do that on my next shirt(s).

A mix of the two would be fine as long as he lower priced options remain. My experience with their lower end fabrics has been very good frankly. Nothing has appeared to be cheap or flimsy. Quite the contrary in fact. Early on, my expectations were low in regards to the materials and...

Had a shirt jacket made just recently. Haven't washed it yet so I don't know. Go back about week or two and you'll find Luxire's post of it.

Yeah, they have a "template". However, many customers like myself have more than one measurement set that we refer to. I have one for dress shirts and one for more casual shirts. Likewise with trousers. Including the measurement set is another QC measure for them to ensure the right template is...

It does look pretty good...too bad I can't use something like that in SoCal.

My comment was not really directed at you but rather the forum as a whole. The other side of that debate was adamant that adding the measurements is redundant . It is , but it's a cheap and easy failsafe when ordering multiple items on a singele order reference. Risk mitigation my friends.

I would generally agree. When I do wear non button down collared shirts w/out tie, I use magnetic collar stays that mimic a button down look and keep the collar in place.

That looks like a good "real life fit" which what I strive for in my measurements as well. I learned not to try for the male model fit which doesnt work if you're wearing the thing for 8 to 12 hours.

Yeah, there are extreme temps in the desert. I lived near Joshua Tree for a few years and during the winter there were temperature swings of 50 to 60 degrees sometimes between 4 am and noon. It would be in low 20's when I left for work at 4 am.
