I went with XS, it's slim, but fit is TTS. I love it. It really depends on your build though. If you're skinny/slim/athletic, medium is fine. If you're a bit rounder or muscular/bulky, size up to large.- CasvalRD

Picked up a MDR Lamb from classifieds recently, sleeves were a good 3" longer than what I need, but the rest of the measurements were surprisingly exactly what I wanted. Toronto getting colder indeed, but with a scarf and gloves, 0 degree temps are no problem.- CasvalRD

Hey veterans, I was thinking of picking up a second hand toj, and found a mdr that is almost perfect to my measurements. The only issue is the sleeves are about 3 inches longer than I'd like. Is it possible to get the sleeves altered?- CasvalRD
