$100 suit, spent $50 on slimming and hemming the pants and tapering the jacket. Ignore the short tie and wrinkled shirt, I was in a rush :) My pants also got caught on my socks, hence the crunching near my ankles... and should've pulled the sleeves out a little on first pic, so it didn't make...- Nguyenning

Bespoke from Singapore (pic heavy!)
Yeah... I was not impressed with the pics from Blazer Arqhitect haha I was able to come across a guy who has made custom suits and shirts for reasonable prices in Singapore. Probably not Super 130s/150s Wool/Cashmere or anything but he is in the $400 Singapore Dollars range for a full suit...- Nguyenning

I kind of figured so.... I did come across this Blazer Arqhitect who was very responsive to my e-mails but can't seem to find many reviews online. Same with Max Mahon.. but have mixed feelings about him since he does so much online soliciting on forums it seems.- Nguyenning

Is the shoulder on this MTM suit worth reconstructing? Or better to just have the entire jacket re-m
Well, the first tailor didn't do anything towards reconstructing the shoulder... so I wasn't expecting much from him anyway (he just tried to trim both down) Taking it to get reconstructed this week and hoping it fixes it. Agreed with the above poster, I really like the fit of the suit other...- Nguyenning

The last 2 pics are the ones after one tailor tried just trimming the shoulders (it obviously did nothing...) So, we're taking it to an Italian tailor to reconstruct the shoulder on Monday. reputable MTM business in Dallas, TX I'm not covering any alterations. They've been really great about making sure this suit ends up perfect on me (after all, the better it looks on me, the better it looks for them when someone sees it on and asks "where'd you get that suit? it looks awesome!"...- Nguyenning

Assuming I need a full on shoulder reoconstructing for this MTM suit? Good thing is my guy is covering all alteration costs... not sure if it's poor measurements or maybe just that I have very uneven shoulders... Any advice would be much appreciated, but pretty sure I'm headed toward...- Nguyenning

So, I made a post about this suit a few weeks back, went to the tailor and tried having the shoulders just trimmed down... got it back today and it looks virtually the same. Good thing is, I'm not paying for any of these alterations but I'm wondering is this even fixable by reconstructing the...- Nguyenning

Please critique my first bespoke/mtm suit and shirt (Navy European cut)
Got the trousers hemmed 3/4 of an inch today along with the shoulder trimming/narrowing. It's double vented... I may have had my keys or wallet in my back right pocket/was messing around with it quite a bit and didn't think to straighten out the vents for the pics. I'm based in Dallas, TX and...- Nguyenning

I'm sure getting the jacket remade wouldn't be an ordeal with my guy or anything, but obviously would like to avoid that if at all possible. Hoping this trimming the shoulders thing will do the job. Again, it's my first real suit... first MTM suit and second suit that I own. I hardly ever wear...- Nguyenning
