Gemelli is a store in Milan (Corso Vercelli. And around the corner of the well known Al Bazar), so this suit was made for their shop. Nice store btw. Look at the sticker on the shoebox. This one I mean: The second two letters indicate the last. In this case "GE" which is shot for "George" last (my favorite btw). The "7167" is the model number. Yours is the 6364. (and is usually Goodyear welted). And I bet you something that your shoes are...- Stromen
