Sorry they are probably too big for you. I believe that everything is 54R , except Teneros are 56R. But the fit varies of course, some 54R ... like casentino ... feels almost like 52- MTLinStyle

I would say that it is wearable with some alterations as mentioned by others. I am not going to challenge Antonio but compared to the other makers the jacket is not that short (it maybe shorter than Antonio intended it to be). Obviously waist suppression and sleeve lengths need to be adjusted...- MTLinStyle

This really depends on specific item, some of the overcoats have been cut very generously (at least 1 size larger), some in the past have had strange measurements ( narrow sleeves, tight shoulders)- MTLinStyle
