    Unglazed dark grey goat 4-zip moto arrived today. The leather is absolutely amazing, feels really different to the lamb more abrasion resistant but quite a bit lighter.     I would say length is not necessarily just about height, proportions also come into play. If you have a long torso and short legs you might need some extra length even if you aren't that tall.     If you are planning on wearing the jacket undone the TOJ is the clear winner. I don't really like the buttons on the Siki.

    I assume unglazed goat is pretty waterproof as drew was originally planning to put it on the backpacks. Also the lamb is pretty durable when compared to most other lamb jackets, but compared to calf and goat it scuffs and scratches very easily. The cuffs of lamb jackets get worn especially quickly.

    To be honest if you are planning to wear it in snow regularly I would go goat or calf, because lamb does not fair so well in wet conditions. Also if you slip over lamb will quite easily scratch.     Can't decide between a MA-1 in black lamb or MDR in black calf suede, which would be to go with the moto I have ordered in grey lamb. Sort of leaning towards the MDR because I wouldn't have to worry about wear on the ribbing.

    I can't quite understand why people think diamond quilting looks feminine, proper motorcycle jackets have used diamond quilting for decades on mens jackets, well before it became popular on womens jackets.

    It is pretty tight, but I am losing weight and it has stretched out a bit already. At worst if I wasn't happy I could sell it and hope to get something of B&S in the future.

    Keep my black lamb MDR and get a TOJ0 vs sell the MDR and order either a black lamb ma-1 or Grey lamb MDR. Leaning towards keeping the MDR so I have a leather in the meantime as I have already ordered a moto.

    The great thing about lamb is it is ridiculously forgiving in sizing, especially in the shoulders.
