You have a couple of options: Pay the customs and deduct it from the refund. If you upload the customs form showing the charge, ebay will allow it....but there is a chance of an angry ebayer to deal with. ...or you pay and submit a customs refund request...- div25sec9

Samuelsohn tags make it dead simple to identify if the jacket is a blazer or an orphan. The size tag will read " 42" if it is a blazer, "42R-36" if it is supposed to have pants! The jacket length will be specified separately with the full word "Short", "Regular", or "Long".- div25sec9

If you don't find an answer here, you can contact Vineyard Vines, I've done so in the past and they provided me the answer. I used a sweetener opening line like "I recently acquired a beautiful VV tie, but they weren't able to provide me the history...." and they gave it to me.- div25sec9
