Have you received all the MTO cord Doyles from the latest round of orders? I lost track, but I know I still have one on the way sometime...

YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Saw it at the local spot just last month and bought it. Definitely have told the story of "how in the hell I knew about that stuff" on multiple occasions.

Then come on out and join us (that is, the natives and all the Texans and Californians). In 2008 I had to explain what "J. Crew" was to most people. Now we got stores that carry (and sell through) Visvim and Acronym.

Lost one of the #menswear 1.0 gang with this one... The Gio chino was a close cousin to the Rivet. Sorry to see them go.

This is spot on. I feel like the loop closure only really works in fabrics that would not normally be used on a shawl collared jacket. The same goes with the patch pockets.

It’s a great way to shake up the shawl style. The key for me is having a decent lapel width. Shawls and peaks need to be pretty wide. Slim shawls just never look right. The proportions on that coat are pretty amazing. I follow the portrait artist Michael Shane Neal on IG and he wears a shawl...

Is the alpine white different from the color of the undyed cord? Based on the mockup, dark grape is more purple than gray/black. Is that correct?

Apparently I have the magic touch. FWIW, I was thinking the same thing as a customer. I have more trousers than I can count and I would bet that Hertling has made close to half of them, but the current state is just untenable. Prices are too high for the turnaround time and fabric selection on...

I hate to pile on the requests for updates, but are we still waiting for Hertling linen trousers? I'm still owed one from the end of March.

You guys just gave me the best Father’s Day present I could ask for- winning an argument with my family. I’ve never heard the word Trypophobia before, but I have it for sure. My wife and daughters have called BS since I could never explain it well. Just made them all read the Wikipedia page. Bliss.

Yes, I would say so. I even tried 1.5 sizes down but that was way too small.

Heat shrinks clothing, regardless of its current material state. Dryers get much hotter than the water in the washer so 60 minutes on high heat will do more than 60 minutes on the hottest water setting. That said, people will often cut dryer cycles short or set its drying time to less. Virtually...

This is going to be a very out of touch post here, but what is the main purpose of Clubhouse? I get the audio chats between friends, but for stuff like Menswear Club is is more Q and A or what? I've thought about dropping in but wasn't really sure what to expect.

That is an impressive cut for a kid to go man-up on. My eldest won't touch red meat- or most meat- thought not out of any ethical obligation and we certainly are not a vegetarian household. She does love fried chicken, though. So much so that any baked chicken is, according to her, "raw and...
