    Pink pocket square matching

Sky blue shirt, navy jacket, blue tie, and pink square. +1. I'd love to see this with a pink suit lining!

    3pc suit w/o tie

The whole concept strikes too much discord for me. A three piece suit in itself already calls enough attention and something so conspicuously missing would just make the outfit look affected.

    Tom James Company

They come to you for a one on one appointment. Typically they'll find you in their prospecting efforts because they've helped someone you know or maybe someone that offices close to you. Their web site should explain it all.

    Ugolini Bespoke Arrived

I agree with Matt, that's a beautiful last. It's so... right.

Kind of fat guy need advice for summer clothes.

I would recommend that you choose some other attribute of your life to base this on. If you choose your clothes based on what a "kind of fat guy" would wear then you'll feel and look like a "kind of fat guy" all day every day. There are worse things than being kind of fat...

new designer in menswear doing research (*US patented dress shirt collars*)

Seeing this back on the front page I don't understand why the Belttie didn't get more recognition. Funniest thing I've seen since Bergdorf Goodwill's "post your favorite bands so I can mock you" thread. I sure would love to see a picture of a real life Belttie...

    Tumi?

I think so, yes. I have a T-3 24 inch and it's really held up well on flights back and forth from Japan. Whether or not it's that much better than one of the upper-end Samsonites might be debatable, but I'd easily buy my Tumi again if I had it to do over. So jealous... I wish I was travelling...

Anyone know of any dance clubs in Minneapolis?

I don't think Minnesota is very well represented here. I'm in Minneapolis, but I don't know of any dance clubs here... or anything else for that matter.

The gayness: should we end it?

I'm also surprised that so few people on SF are gay. 10% seems very low. Maybe I'm just used to basenotes where it seems about 10% hetero.

Paying your debt to society: 1,500 prisoners do "Thriller"

Thank you for bringing this moment of pure joy into my life. Wouldn't it be great if this spread to other prisons? I'm imagining dance competitions within divisions separated by security level and region. "Winner of the southwest minimum security competition!"

How can you recognize other forum members?

I haven't been here long, but I've picked up a few ideas on how to recognize other forum members. 1 time around the Christmas season, I was doing some, community service at BB, where I wait inside the dresser room, to help the customer choose their purchase, and 1st to arrive was wearing custom...

What are your favorite under-valued brands?

I think Nordstrom MTM shirts are a great value. Nice fabrics, split yoke, matching patterns, 4 cuts to choose from many options for cuffs/collar/etc... all for $145 (only $99 during the anniversary sale).

Do you wear T-shirts under polo shirts?

I don't wear undershirts under dress shirts either. +1

Which Would You Rather Have More Of?

I enjoy my shirts *much* more than my ties. I like a nice tie as much as the next guy, but to me a nice shirt that fits well is so much more important. That being said, I voted for ties. The problem with ties is that I get tired of them and I find that I need a much larger selection to still be...

Who has a Brioni to deconstruct?

haven't done attolini yet either. No i won't volunteer mine. EDIT: FWIW, I reached my hand up in to a half-lined borrelli to get a look at the canvassing. The main canvassing seems to be done by hand. I can't get at the lapels without destroying the jacket but I'd assume they are done by hand...

    New Oxxford Cut Apart! Hooray!

Let this be a warning to any company that plans on claiming their wares are made by hand. We will find out the truth and parade the carcass for all to see. I'd really like to see a company get busted for massive false advertizing.
