    RL SeerSucker?

I am 100% positive that it is indeed a different coat. The one they sell on their website also retails in department stores such as Macy's, Lord & Taylor etc so drop by any one of those places to check it out. The only difference between the outlet coat and the retail coat, besides the vent...

    RL SeerSucker?

I've been to two different outlets this past week in search of a size small Seersucker coat but have as yet only found medium through xlarge. At least I now know that Polo does in fact make a small.

I gotta tell you, I love it. I think that if you don't buy it, I might have to.

    SB peak lapel suits

Would you believe me if I told you it was an Oxxford? Anyway, like you said, something just doesn't seem right.

    White Bucs

Fear not, I'm another college aged student who sports the trad/preppie tradition proudly and I'm dying for a pair of good white bucs to wear along with my seersucker and Nantucket red pants. I've found that most of the prices seem to hover around the 115-135 range for a pair pretty much accross...

    Best Blazer and Best Price

I have no blue/navy blazer. Sure, I've got plenty of suits, but I am lacking this particular wardrobe staple. Don't ask me how the oversight came to be, I really have no idea. No matter. I am attempting to reconcile my wrong now and I've been shopping around the past few days for the best blazer...

What? I rather like a few of those.

    Dubya's tux.

Interesting point, though I'm not too worried. I'm sure that if someone hates me that much to track down the PIC table seating list and then proceed to match that up with the exact position from the photo... well let's just say I'm sure there's other, much easier ways to figure out who I am...

    Dubya's tux.

Mr. Kabbaz, couldn't have said it better myself. For those who wish to see actually see a better picture of the President, I submit the following: taken at one of the candle light dinners in D.C.

    Dubya's tux.

No, it certainly isn't, as I too am positive that was from four years ago. I still contend that he's wearing a proper peaked tux as this was the first thing I noticed four years ago as well as this year, as I was alas, wearing a notched counterpart. It doesn't help that Bush doesn't photograph...

    Dubya's tux.

Actually, I'm quite sure it's a peaked lapel tux. Almost positive in fact. I think it's just the awful lighting in the picture that makes it look otherwise. I know for a fact that he wore all peaked lapel and one button tuxes to all the balls/parties this year too.

    Bob Barker's Suits

Now I don't watch the show regularly but on the off chance that I do happen to catch The Price is Right, I'm often fixated on Bob Barker's suits and certainly not on the awful prizes. Judging by the styling of a great majority of his suits: one button, natural shoulder, double vented, hacking...

    White collar/cuffs on colored shirts

The funny thing was I was just glancing over Purple Label's new spring collection today on their site and was admiring that same picture. Love the shirt/tie combos they have up there now. Only problem I have is I can't justify paying over 200 dollars for a shirt just yet. Maybe one of those ties...

    White collar/cuffs on colored shirts

There's something about contrasting white collars and white French cuffs that I love. Sure, it's got a TV newscaster a la Tom Brokow/80s power broker look to it but so what? I find myself particularly fond of Ralph Lauren Purple Label's Keaton collared shirts in this style. I suppose the whole...

    My last bargains

You fellas over in France must have some sort of super-duper-outrageously under retail-red tag-final markdown outlet because you always seem to be getting 75%-90% off of everything. Kudos to however you do it.

    Ironing - I can't stand it!

Normally when I iron my shirts they're bone dry as I've never really seen a need to dampen them on the account of the steam iron I use and the starch as I figured they moisten the shirt enough. Recently, after spraying the shirt with the starch I wait about a minute or so until I start ironing...

    Ticket pocket/Chan question

Has anyone seen the "new and hip" look of the ticket pocket? It's placed either directly on top of the lower one or overlapping it with no space between the two pockets. I think Paul Smith and other similar brands are guilty of this style. There's pictures of this out there somewhere...
