Anyone have a jacket or suit made by Cardelino?
Is the $800 for MTM and $2k for bespoke? Not clear to me - In speaking with him the 2k figure was the only one he mentioned - he spoke only of bespoke nothing was mentioned regarding mtm- falsestart

MTM in NYC for around $1,000: Mr. Ned?
He made a coat for me, and I would not go back. It wasn't a total disaster, per se, but I really didn't enjoy the experience, and I am not happy with the coat. Who does your alterations in NYC?
Cardilino , 23rd and Broad, reasonable price. He just did the most difficult alteration for me, recutting a pair of tux pants, ( he had to take out 5 inches in the waist), the pants came out perfect, the dual pleats on the tux pants sit perfectly flat after the recut, no pulling. NYC Clothing Charity/Donation

Custom Sport Jacket - Mr. Ned or Flusser???
I think if you are going to work with mr ned, really try and work with the son varham. His dad is nice but has strong ideas about how things should fit. They are pretty committed to a padded shoulder and you might not get the soft natural shoulder that you want. I would say that for what you get...- falsestart

Briefcase or Messenger Bag?
I have both and prefer a soft briefcase when wearing a suit or sports jacket - use my messenger bag for streetwear. I would agree on the assessment with Cardelino, work with the dad, and be very clear how you want it to fit. He's done some very slim alterations for me - some I knew he felt were to much but he did what I asked. I found him pleasant and the work quite good.- falsestart
