What did you eat last night for dinner?

The photo isn't great but this pizza I just had at lunch was really nice. I recall a photo a few months back with a pathetic looking egg on top of a pizza...this one was perfectly cooked. I think I'd need a nap if I ate that for lunch!

Eric Ripert's Louis Vuitton Knife Case (56k warning)

Now that I think of it, it reminds me a bit of the briefcase that the repairman has in Toy Story 2 to polish and sew Woody's arm back on.

Eric Ripert's Louis Vuitton Knife Case (56k warning)

I am a famous chef, and I transport my cutlery by using the smaller fold-up leather holder that you see in the underneath section of Ripert's case. I see. Well whatever works best for you, chef. Only way, brown paper bag. Fkn hardcore.

Eric Ripert's Louis Vuitton Knife Case (56k warning)

That is beautiful. From the New Yorker Article: On a shelf underneath were the tools—whisk, mandoline, oyster-shucking knife, shears, and an apple corer. “I like to use apples with fish, because it’s very acidic,” Ripert said. He showed how to use one of the knives to cut meat off a bone, at an...

    Immigration Attorney

She's not going to be able to become a citizen by just being a student. After she graduates, she'll have a 1 yr period to find a job in her line of work, or leave the country if she doesn't. OK, thanks for the heads up. I'll be sure to relay that information to her.

    Immigration Attorney

Thanks for the responses guys. She's planning to study theater at Julliard, and is insistent upon becoming a citizen. I'll mention the student visa idea, as that seems the most practical.

    Immigration Attorney

I have a friend in Europe looking to apply for citizenship in the USA. I don't have any experience with this sort of thing, but since there are a good amount of lawyers on the boards, I figured I'd ask here. What exactly does the whole process involve? How much will a lawyer typically charge for...

Any Biologists/Chemists here? (That means you Doctors/dentists/pharmacists)

OP, maybe reconsider your career choice. I work with cardiologists on a daily basis, there are benefits to the long hours, but it requires a high level of intelligence and great commitment to be a successful doctor.
