Lightweight raw denim jeans / high waisted & straight fit
All your criteria can be met with LVC, now using Japanese denim. While you specify raw denim, you do not, however specify if you want that denim 12oz pre-shrink or post-shrink. 12oz pre-shrink isn't going to be 12oz post-shrink.- somatoform

Oh ok. There was a maker in the UK named Terry Dear of Celtic Leathercrafts who made belts, though not so sure he does anymore. Anyway, this guy used to skiv the fold and secure the belt in the fold so snug (and then stitched) that you could barely notice any bulk at that part of the belt...- somatoform

Ignorant as I am to business and supply and wholesale bulk purchasing, I am curious though. Just taking the belts as an example. Question about jacket bicep measurement.
I think that what you are asking is that in the same way mtm tailors and some otr size guides reccomend 4-6" larger than actual chest and belly measurements to render a good fit in those areas is there a similar 'rule' for biceps.
