God help me if I ever get to that. I am contemplating returning the premium one. They look great and purchased at a nice discount, but I question how often I will actually wear them! Hoarding is a sickness.

I clearly have a CP problem. I just bought the Achilles premium in grey (bottom right corner) and I haven’t even broken in the bballs and mid Achilles. How many is too many?

The Watch Appreciation Thread - Part two (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Jaeger LeCoultre,

Thanks! Hope you will land one soon. I expressed interest in the rootbeer late last year and it finally came in. I was surprised it took so long for a TT model. But this has become the norm for hot Rolex sport models.

Good eye! The tan suede pair is retro. It’s also the only pair I own in size 42. All the others are size 41. For reference, I wear 9.5 in Nike’s and 9E in Allen Edmonds. The 42 is a bit loose, but I find the insole and tongue particularly thick, which helped making the shoe more snug...

The dark blue I find isn’t very versatile since the blue is a bit hard to match blue jeans. I find the light grey and tanned ones are much easier to complement. I wear the white low Achilles and white bballs the most. I have 3 pairs of Zespas, but they don’t get much wear. Nice quality, but...

I do like them. They are more resistant to scuffs but downside is they can stain easily and harder to remove. There is no difference in feel when worn though.

Recently added Achilles mid in black and white. There are slight difference. The black pair appears to have more rubber and pointier toe box, stitching in that area is also different. Hope I didn’t pick up a fake pair from someone returning one! How many pairs are too many??

You misunderstood. I simply said if you are spending 30 plus hours to revive a sneaker, it’s probably heaped to get new sneakers. I don’t know about you, but spending that much time makes little sense to me. To each their own. I never said throw out dirty shoes. This is my last comment on...

Clearly I hit a nerve. My comment was not meant to be condescending/malicious/snobbish. Based on your comment about “x” amount of hours to revive the shoe, my comment seems fair. I can appreciate those that actually find the process enjoyable or therapeutic. I’m on a salary, not hourly...

It’s almost Fall, anyone interested in a Barbour Skyfall James Bond Tokito jacket? It’s in excellent shape, just too big for me now (size large, but fits more like a medium). No damage at all and comes with hood. Asking $650. Thanks
