    Ran a few miles with my pup <- around a park trail, nice and frosty. Had to keep her leashed though, there were ducks out on the frozen pond, not so sure how frozen.

    Just ran two miles today, approximately 7:30 min/mile pace. I never run, being slim I have always avoided cardio, but lately I have been giving it a shot. Added running into my bulking plan because it makes me ferociously hungry and it is impossible for me to gain weight.
