That's true, RMW admitted that they could not control the selling price to individual reseller around the country but rather set a standard RRP without obligation to follow except their own stores. I had the similar issue as you before, I think it's because the excess is not removed completely, and then later on when it dries out, it becomes like the picture you show. One of their staff told me to change the process when apply the conditioner and polish, as per their website advise...- wxxnxs

I will try to answer some of your questions here: A. 9.5 & 10, the only difference is the length, as both of them are G fittings, so width is not changed. If you feel 10 is more comfortable, then go for it, it's very common that people have slightly difference between their feet. However...- wxxnxs
