Haven’t seen it. That reverse stripe is nice but very situational.

How many miles did you run today?

15 min warmup 8x 800m at 6:50-7:00/mile 15 min cooldown Scratch delayed onset muscle soreness, I have rapid onset muscle soreness.

How many miles did you run today?

Yesterday was 90 min at 8:30 pace on a hilly course and it felt so easy and I was able to keep my HR down even though I only slept three hours before. Today was 40 min warm up, 6x20 second sprints, and 10 min cooldown, and it felt like absolute death, even though I got plenty of sleep...

    The Bespoke Shoes Thread

The color of the suede of these oxfords posted on Emiko Matsuda’s Instagram is so nice. It’s light enough to show the brogueing, but has a grey, muted tone to it that makes me think they’d look great with a grey suit, as opposed to the usual snuff or tan suede, which are too strong and bright in...

The samples arrived and the SP7 is even nicer in person. A perfect city gun club.

15 min warmup 10x 45 second hill repeats 15 min cooldown I found a perfect hill for hill repeats near my office. Looking forward to gradually increasing their duration.

I am not a fan of the heavily rumpled look, which is why I prefer linen/cotton blends to pure linen. To others it may be a compromise but to me it’s usually the best of both worlds.

The Armoury jacket is great but I hadn't realized they had gotten so expensive.

I saw that one too! It was very nice and exactly the kind of jacket I like. He’s made fun of me for always picking Glen plaids for my jackets but a classic is a classic.

I love grey jackets and I prefer them to solid navy blazers/sports coats. I wear them with tan and chocolate brown trousers, kind of the opposite of the standard brown sports coat and grey trouser look. I also like them with grey trousers for a tonal look. You do need a bit of pattern to it to...

I’m the same. I know they are a go-to staple but I find I never wear my solid navy sports coat…. I either go with a suit, a jacket with a pattern, or go more casual.

Looking for a patterned jacket that combines grey and blue and am considering these two from Fox’s Sport Jacketing… Which one do people prefer? I’m leaning towards the first one, SP7. SP7 SP9

I have a suit in that same fabric. I liked Tom Cruise’s suit from Collateral and wanted to try a similar color. I love Crispaire.

Ha no, they took the book off their website, but I’m going to ask Stephen to bring the swatch book with him. I’m hoping one of those is a navy!
