How many miles did you run today?
Yesterday was 90 min at 8:30 pace on a hilly course and it felt so easy and I was able to keep my HR down even though I only slept three hours before. Today was 40 min warm up, 6x20 second sprints, and 10 min cooldown, and it felt like absolute death, even though I got plenty of sleep...- tim_horton

How many miles did you run today?
15 min warmup 10x 45 second hill repeats 15 min cooldown I found a perfect hill for hill repeats near my office. Looking forward to gradually increasing their duration.- tim_horton

I am not a fan of the heavily rumpled look, which is why I prefer linen/cotton blends to pure linen. To others it may be a compromise but to me it’s usually the best of both worlds.- tim_horton

I love grey jackets and I prefer them to solid navy blazers/sports coats. I wear them with tan and chocolate brown trousers, kind of the opposite of the standard brown sports coat and grey trouser look. I also like them with grey trousers for a tonal look.
