I currently have no suits and need to buy one to start of with. The first one I purchase will be used for job interviews and also for work once I get a new job. Applying face moisturizer
What's the best method to apply a face moisturizer? I've heard to apply it to a wet face because the water helps the skin to absorb the moisturizer. Is this the best way or should it be applied to dry skin?- thejackal
