Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Thank you. Yes, all pictures are with a jacket underneath but without the detachable lining/west (except the 2nd front picture which is with jacket and lining/west). With the west its more snug but since I am not really planning to wear it much probably it make sense to look at the fit without...

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Another one from me. I fell a bit in love with a Cashmere coat from Schneiders Salzburg (Austrian company producing in Salzburg, I think not much known outside of DACH). However I am wondering whether I can justify pulling the trigger. I really love the fabric (Colombo cashmere, feels really...

    Cashmere Sweater Hierarchy

Maybe it fits better here. I recently saw an Avon Celli Cashmere sweater and cant decide whether to keep or not so I thought to get some help here. From I can tell it seems to be in quite nice condition though the hems feel a tiny bit stetched out (for sure not unusable) apart from that I have...

Not sure if it fits better in CMw or here, but I recently saw an Avon Celli Cashmere sweater and cant decide whether to keep or not so I thought to get some help here. From I can tell it seems to be in quite nice condition though the hems feel a tiny bit stetched out (for sure not unusable)...

Offical TRICKERS shoes and boots thread

Thank for all the comments on this one. I ended up going with espresso color. Boots seem quite comfy so far.

    Church's Appreciation Thread

I have been looking for a pair of brogue boots for a while and have pretty much narrowed done to get a pair of Trickers Stows on sale (270 EUR). However now I saw a pair of used Nutley Church's boots which looked interesting as well (more formal last vs Stows but I am OK with either). However I...

Offical TRICKERS shoes and boots thread

its available on BestSecret, just take care of the sizing if you order - they shipped 8.5 when I ordered size 42 (which in my mind would be 8 not 8.5) but not sure if thats consistent or by mistake

Offical TRICKERS shoes and boots thread

Fair point, "better" for me means not too dark and not to red. From what I understood the espresso one might get lighter over time which might bring it closer to my wish state. The marron seems relatively consistent from the pictures that i have seen. Understanding this point better would help...

Offical TRICKERS shoes and boots thread

I have been looking to get some new boots for the upcoming autumn/winter and as on purpose one of my regular shops is offering Stows on a good sale (270EUR). Unfortunately no Kudus, but they have all the regular colors (marron, tan, espresso, black, acorn). As I dont like light shoes or black...

** Quintessential Crockett & Jones Thread ** (reviews, quality, etc...)

I think you are right, the only references I managed to find were a few on jp sites. I guess in terms of quality there shouldnt be a difference to the Monkton? To me they feel quite good, but not much of an expert. Fit is ok, like the dark color and they look to be not too worn out. Seems a good...

** Quintessential Crockett & Jones Thread ** (reviews, quality, etc...)

Hi all I recently bought a pair of C&Js on ebay but cannot find the model anywhere else. On the inside it says 'Maidstone' but I have never heard about the model and cannot find anything on google. Anyone has any ideas why/what this might be? Thanks!

The Tailors' Thread: Fit Feedback and Alteration Suggestions

Hi all, I would like to ask for your opinion. I lost quite some weight last year and am currently rebuilding my wardrobe. Something I am really struggling with are shirts and trousers. In terms of trousers I am working with Luxire and I think we are getting close to quite a good fit (old pair...

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Thanks for the feedback! Though decided to ship it back yesterday... my use case for a heavy suede jacket is just to limited with the climate here to justify it unfortunately :(

Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Suede Bomber from Pal Zileri, got on sale for 370€ and somewhat tempted to keep it as it seems quite nice, incl. the fit. On the other hand a bit sceptical of suede for a relatively heavy jacket and not sure about PZ Quality... Any thoughts? Thanks
