Japanese Online Stores Proxy Service ZenMarket.jp - Official Affiliate Vendor

How did you end up resolving this? I also got a message that I can’t get shoes shipped to the US via DHL without providing a footwear invoice. This doesn’t make sense to me.

That will be great. They used to have it on the top floor way back. I think they stopped around 2015.

I wear 10.5-11 in everything except the Patten Skagways which I wear a 10. I got the G. Pattens in 11 and they fit pretty good. The sole is really stiff so I think 10.5 might have been a little better because I get heel slip on the 11s if they aren’t laced up super tight. But it’s not a huge deal.

I believe there’s a subsequence article (maybe issue 3??) about them restoring the house.

They’re really well made but the sizing didn’t work for me. You need a really high volume foot to be able to fill it up. I usually wear 11. Bought them in a 10 and even if I had tongue pads, there was still no way I could wear them without the heel slipping out.

Depends the Skagways you're talking about. I wear 11 in almost everything (don't have Poundmakers though). I have the Skagway G. Pattens in 11 and they fit great. I have the Skagway Pattens from a few years ago and they're definitely big. I'd prefer a smaller size for sure, but they're wearable...

This is legit. I’ve owned this exact jacket. Great piece, but sold it because it was too small. I’d recommend at least one size up from your normal Visvim size.

I asked ChatGPT to recommend some brands similar to Visvim. Response was pretty accurate with the exception of Needles which I like but isn't aesthetically akin to Vis.

I wouldn't expect any problems with shrinkage as long as you wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. I wash all my clothes like this unless they get something noticeable on them.

I can’t find it now but I’ve seen a picture of a Visvim shoe with the plastic heel stabilizer replaced with a piece of leather. Actually looked pretty good.

Letting go of some Visvim Sport black sweatpants. Size 2. Brand new with tags and envelope. Didn’t fit me (I’m usually a 3). Nice wool sweats. Very warm. $189

@Fycus had some good recs above and I’d also add Peyote Bird for nice cuffs and rings. You could also get vintage Native American silver but it’s hard to know if you’re getting something genuine unless you go through a gallery/dealer.

I have the FW21 wool/linen Hammon and the button cuffs are functional, so I’d imagine the tweed is the same. Thinking about selling mine b/c I have too much outerwear. DM me if anyone is interested. Charcoal. Size 3.
