You could try a gentle leather conditioner such as Bick 4. I haven't used it on stuff like that matte calf, but on many other kinds of leather, including crust chromexcel, and has hardly darkened any of them, and it doesn't add a waxy "shine" like VSC would. I own several pairs, and they have always addressed any manufacturing problems on their dime (I still have paid shipping back to them, though). Custom White's Boots ... Thoughts?
I recently purchased a pair of MPs, and my experience was quite different. They felt a half size smaller than my Semidress in the 55 last. Way too tight, and were crunching my toes, so I had to return them. The pair I ordered was in waxed flesh though, so perhaps the stiffness of the leather...- melquiad

Hey guys, Does anyone know where to get leather laces identical to those of Vibergs? I know you can email them and buy them directly, or also through workboot.com, but shipping is steep. I've been looking at those sold by White's, and through Baker's. Also the Heavy Duty #50 Cougar ones. But...- melquiad

Yes. Excellent customer service. They replied to all my emails (in English) very promptly.
