Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)?

Just got them delivered today. I am a 31 in Dior 19cm I am a 31 in Saint Laurent 17.5 I am a normal 32 in most things Based on advice around the web, i ordered 32. Will return it for a 30. About 2 inches around the waste. .- John Appleseed
