It really depends on your feet. Others would size down by half from soft square for Chisel 2. I wear both in the same size and fits me well. I placed an order in Jul and haven't heard anything after paying the deposit. My guess is with Xibao making shoes for other brands, the delay is inevitable with the backlog and the Covid situation in China not helping.- evangel21

Not sure if it is the same but I have a pair of EB in English Grain. The leather feels thicker but wouldn't say it is heavy on terms of weight. Sturdy but comfortable.- evangel21
