    Was wondering the same. I bought similar ones from Castaner, in EU 43. Fit well. According to Spier these will be US 10. I wear US 9.5 for a snug fit (no heel slippage) in AE, Beerwick, Cobbler union and 10 in meermin (narrow toebox). I plan to get these in 10 when the ties are available...

    This is 100% on point. Without this forum I would not have thought both are actually in stock. Many times I find things on sale that don't come up when clicking on the ad (the first page when you go to the website) or through the email. if they pay money to fix, they actually would make up to it...

    Finally gave it a try now that long sizes are available. I ended up buying Cavour sport coat 148 which fitted me very similar to Spier 38L contemporary. Very please with the quality and fit of Cavour. Thank you for the sizing recommendation
