How would you all suggest I ask to have my left sleeve cuff adjusted to accommodate a watch? Specific increase in diameter of cuff and hope I get it right, or just ask them to add in some ease to accommodate a dress watch and hope they get it right?- BoomDiggs

Warm overcoats
I had one made by Luxire. That may be more effort intensive than some will want to go, though. To help with sizing, I sent them a coat I already owned but did not like.
