yeah when I was emailing them about the color, I was told they'd be much more on the brown side than grey (I was looking for more of a matte grey like the stock photos showed) I was also told they'd probably fade to further brown with wear. I haven't gotten them yet. I know the grey shell is super hard to dye and will have variance. Knew that going in so I'm not too worried. The rest of the stuff I've read on them seem fine. Truman used their navy shell, and all the brown shades look nice as well too.- anjunafan

my experience with SD/GYW. Viberg said they were built on the same last, but my foot barely fit in the GYW (kangaroo). YMMV, but i suspect these were mislabled, but in the end i had to eat the shipping return fees because they said they were sized correctly. Both 8.5s SD in waxed flesh and aged...- anjunafan
