A fantastic hoodie by Standard & Strange, the workwear experts from the Bay Area. From their description:

Like everything we sell, our own Telegraph Hoodie had to be a product we’d want hanging in our own closets. Getting it right meant balancing weight, comfort, fit, and durability. We also wanted consistency and longevity in our manufacturing relationship, something that can be hard to find in the contract manufacturing world.

We started on the last point, looking for vertical mills that could at least knit, dye, and sew for us, and landed on a partner in Canada with an excellent reputation.

The first part of the conversation was the fabric, and we landed on a custom 400sgm (11.8oz) combed cotton fleece. The cotton itself is a blend of 35% USA cotton and 65% Indian cotton, combed and spun in India. The weight is just right for year-round wear, and the fleeced interior makes for supreme comfort. The face of the fabric is tightly knit for durability.

The hoodie itself is based on vintage "After-Hooded Sweatshirts" a rare piece of sportswear from the 1930s and 40s. It's got all the proper details, with two bucket handwarmer pockets and a crewneck with a floating hood.

True to size. No shrink with a cold wash and a hang dry.

Size M:
Shoulders 19.75
Chest 21.5
Length 25
Sleeve 25
