Please note: HEADS UP that I brought these pants to a "tailor" at a dry cleaner location who shortened the inseam length too much. Also had the waist taken in by an inch, which you can easily let out again. Unfortunately, the tailor didn't pay close attention to what I wanted with the inseam length and I ended up with pants that are about 1 inch too short for me. Originally the inseam was over 36 inches as is standard with 40R suits. Now the length is a maximum of 32 inches. This was incredibly frustrating. I knew right when I tried it on in the store in front of the mirror that a mistake had been made. Kicking myself because it's a GRAIL navy blue twill suit that is eminently wearable. I am forced to sell at a loss. But my loss is your gain if they fit you at this EXCELLENT price of $675 on a MSRP ~$2995 staple suit! Returns will NOT be accepted. Please educate yourself on the condition of the suit first and make sure it will fit you. As a GUIDELINE: it should work for a person approx 5'9'' in height and under

I removed the stitching at the hem to get a full baseline measurement of the inseam and the best pictures of the condition of the pants. You can still where the stitching was, but that will be invisible once it is re-hemmed to your preferred length.
