Sz IT 44 or US 34 on the 184 model. Ring's 184 fit is their most popular fit by the market
184 runs larger... so I recommend this 44 suit to a gentleman who normally wears IT 46 or US 36 suit. This is my personal suggestions and echoed by gents around me but sorry I do not take returns due to fit problem.
