Purchased this a while back from Japan but never got around to wearing it as stitching is still in the shoulders and tags are on. This is model 184 in size 44EU / 34US and the pants are the no-pleats S-168 version. The fabric is the Fintes Super 130s charcoal black pinstripe. Fully canvassed and half-lined 3-roll-2 button stance.
Measurements are approximately as follows though there is room to extend sleeves and pant legs with a tailer as there is ~2-3 inches of fabric folded but can confirm exactly how much if important:

Mid: 17.5"
Sleeve: 23.5"

Pants:
Waist: 30"
Front Rise: 9.5"
