I'm slim but have 16.5 neck. This combination and being 6'1" is costing me a lot money on dress shirts that are either too big but fit the the neck or the neck is too tight. Can't wear them. I've had my neck measured. It's 16.5. I ordered from Proper Cloth, the body fit was excellent but I could barely get the neck closed. No, I do not want wear extenders. I want a dress shirt that fits.

Any suggestions?

I love my hamilton shirts on occasion David Hamilton himself has returned my emails. A true workhorse of a shirt, just holding it gives one a sense of the quality.

Ok, I thought Proper Cloth did made to measure, but I guess it's more "custom made" then. I have the same problem. Any other suggestions? not only office shirts, but also casual?

After a number of adjustments, I'm getting nice fitting shirts from Proper Cloth. Not bespoke, but the best fitting shirt I ever had.

There are a few fantastic materials at PC
@Seph

Maybe my favorite shirt ever is a thick blue over-shirt briefly available late last year. Would be nice to see a GMTO on a few similar seasonal materials.
