    I have something like the bottom one. came from someone on SF. I believe it’s Turner V3 - One-Pice hidden Button-Down collar (reference order #7563). search for it and you’ll get a sense of what it is. I like it a lot for more casual shirts and also happily wear it with a more casual sport coat
