    Calf AE’s are almost ALWAYS on sale. I’ve never ever paid $495 for calf AE. More like 250-299. Shell are more rarely discounted but their seconds are about half price.

    Agreed Carmina quality is generally better than AE, but there’s a significant price difference. I would feel much better about scuffing a pair of AE than Carmina.

    I never really considered Susu before but looking at their website it seems like a really great value. You can get a “custom” MTM suit in a decent fabric for +/- $1,000. How is the quality of production? I presume these are made in China or another low cost of labor country.
