Looking for Fitted Jeans Recommendations for Muscular Legs
I have the same issue. Reproduction 1947 Levi's 501s are great. You don't just have to get them from Levi's (in fact, that's quite an expensive and poor value way to go, although my wife bought me a pair and I have to say I love them). Lots of repro brands do versions. Sugarcane is popular.- SilentPartner

The inseams get shorter, sometimes by as much as an inch, as you go down a size. I have a pair of 107s in size 2 and the inseam is maybe 30".- SilentPartner

This is good to hear, thank you! I will persevere. I think they're already starting to loosen a little, it's quite a tightly-woven denim so I imagine it takes longer than the left-hand twill stuff I'm used to.- SilentPartner

Adding to the questions about 107s and thighs... Do they stretch much at all? Just wondering because I have a new pair that fits great everywhere except the thighs which are pretty snug. Why does men's fashion come mostly from England and Italy (and America)? Why not France, Germany, Holland, Spain, Austria, etc?
Also the ruling class in the US were mostly WASPs, so their clothing tastes are what set the stage for Ivy/Trad with its love of British heritage garments.
