A bit more complicated than exchange rate. Carmina actually has a higher price in the US.A while ago you could "trick" the website with a VPN and order from the european website at the lower price. Had to return a pair of Harlech to them for bad quarter alignment. They tried to educate me about, I quote, "artisan shoes" that can have flaws like that ... Almost a 1/4 inch misalignment is not even close to being acceptable.- Sfroide3

Up for sale is a pair of Crockett and Jones dark brown Harlech cordovan boots. I bought these earlier this year and thought I could fit in a UK 8.5. Wrong. I had to size up to UK9. I had already worn the shoes about 5 times outside. Sole are 95% wear left. They have been sitting in my closet... -
